ProTecht IP & Law LLP ("ProTecht", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
We collect only what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, subject and message. Our servers do not otherwise record personal information about visitors.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Contact-form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our email. The location page embeds a Google Maps view, and this site loads fonts from Google Fonts; Google may receive your IP address when those load. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
We process the details you submit on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; we will then stop contacting you, subject to any record-keeping we are legally required to do.
We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and take reasonable safeguards to protect them. No online transmission is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or privileged material through the contact form.
You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct or update it, erase it, or raise a grievance about how it is handled.
